Went specifically for replacement of day time running lights when I made appointment. After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting was told none in stock. Also paint peeling on a 2021 Sportage and after o lights when I made appointment. After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting was told none in stock. Also paint peeling on a 2021 Sportage and after over 6 weeks no information on taking care of that. Was told only one person reviews that. Very disappointed. More

When my husband and I needed a new vehicle,our salesman Bill was great to work with. The service dept., from the manager to the service rep. Leslie were very helpful and professional when 24 hrs after our Bill was great to work with. The service dept., from the manager to the service rep. Leslie were very helpful and professional when 24 hrs after our purchase ( through no fault of theirs) the car threw check engine light. We were treated well, they provided us with a loaner, and checked in with us daily to keep us up to speed. I cant say enough about the personal service we were provided. I would totally recommend this dealership and Bill if you are looking to buy/lease a vehicle. More

I had a very favorable relationship with this company when it was Fuccillo Kia. Since the changeover in ownership it has been slowly going downhill. The current ownership appears very internally focuse when it was Fuccillo Kia. Since the changeover in ownership it has been slowly going downhill. The current ownership appears very internally focused on maximizing profits and not on customer service and satisfaction. It seems the Kia of Pt Charlotte is using as a business roll model for customer satisfaction Sarasota Kia and they were why I started going to Fuccillo. My search now is on for a local independent service. I want to emphasize my problem was not with the individuals in service dept but with the rules and procedures they apparently had to follow. More

Only snafu was that I thought they would get back to me about the interest rate on the car loan, but I was kind of shocked at the r Very nice fellow.
