I was disappointed because they lured me in with a great Internet quote. When they did not come close to their offer in person, they said my trade in was over 10 years old so I didn't qualify. The sales manager refused to give me his starting price. When he gave me an out the door price, the finance manager didn't honor it. I complained and so they gave me a lower out the door price. But the finance manager was slick, talking fast and moving fast going through the loan document. He had tacked on a document stamp tax that raised the out the door price. I hadn't noticed he did that. I later called our salesman who said that finance manager no longer worked there. I asked to speak to someone else. They dragged their feet returning my call. When I finally did speak with someone he told me I signed the loan document. He made it sound like there had been no deception and that they always add this fee to their quoted out the door price. I believe I have been scammed. The starting price turned out to be over 2 thousand dollars higher than sticker price for last year's model. I had asked for the promotional 0 per cent loan but was told I had to go with the 7 % loan to get their special price. So everything about this dealership screams slick, fast talking, scam artists.
