Austen, our salesperson was friendly; not super knowledgeable, but responsive. Unfortunately, everyone else has been very negligent in responding after the sale was completed. We were encouraged to sign up for a Platinum membership at the time of sale because he told us we could not sign up for it "after the sale", but assured that we could cancel immediately after we researched it if we decided we didn't want the extra coverage. We called to cancel and were told we had to stop by in person to make the request. We did. A month later, we had not received the refund. We called and spoke with a Finance Assistant, and she told us that she could see no evidence of the request but that she would personally take care of it. I gave her the paperwork she requested. She indicated she had received it, but we've heard nothing since and it's now been 2 1/2 months since the sale. Another agent promised referrals for body work we wanted done. Absolute disappointment and worst experience of my life I have never tried to get a car from a dealership before but I don’t recommend get a vehicle from Kia of port charlotte. I was informed by nick that th have never tried to get a car from a dealership before but I don’t recommend get a vehicle from Kia of port charlotte. I was informed by nick that the mustang I was inquire was perfect and ready and the price and payments were good to go but upon my arrival I find that the car has a check engine light on and was told it was because of the exhaust. I asked to see the codes and found out there was multiple codes on of them being an issue that would be an issue over time. After hearing this another guy by the name of Alex told me he erased the codes and it was all good and had the main guy Austin take it around to make sure it was good. I wanted to check and see for myself and as I did the codes returned so I expressed my concerns and was basically told that it is what it is and spoke to me like I was ignorant. I really was interest es and was sent but was lied to and false lead from the beginning. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had a a remind why dealerships are a scam. More

I would not return as a customer. I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your own vehicles. This left me to find everything out on my own vs being shown some of the features. Some of the feature (sensors) do not work, there was a chip in the windshield that they expect me to claim on my insurance,.and the vehicle had an oil leak. I found all of this out on my own instead of being made aware. It was not a truthful customer to dealership relationship so far so I will take all my business elsewhere in the future. More
