This being my first time getting my new vehicle serviced for the first time I found it a bit confusing. Had made an online appt and the guy I initially spoke with was not very helpful asking me who my repr for the first time I found it a bit confusing. Had made an online appt and the guy I initially spoke with was not very helpful asking me who my representative was and because I didn't know who that might be he passed me over to another person when he sat there doing absolutely nothing who I was then very happy with from that point on. Service seemed to be done ok but seemed to a lot longer then it should for just an oil change. I will give that a pass because there might have been routine checks done that I was unaware of. Having said that I will go back. More
