I had a very favorable relationship with this company when it was Fuccillo Kia. Since the changeover in ownership it has been slowly going downhill. The current ownership appears very internally focuse when it was Fuccillo Kia. Since the changeover in ownership it has been slowly going downhill. The current ownership appears very internally focused on maximizing profits and not on customer service and satisfaction. It seems the Kia of Pt Charlotte is using as a business roll model for customer satisfaction Sarasota Kia and they were why I started going to Fuccillo. My search now is on for a local independent service. I want to emphasize my problem was not with the individuals in service dept but with the rules and procedures they apparently had to follow. More

I worked with Dave the entire process. Very nice fellow. Only snafu was that I thought they would get back to me about the interest rate on the car loan, but I was kind of shocked at the r Very nice fellow.
