I drove 45 minutes to bring our new Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hours and 15 min, my car was finally done. Cassandra gave me $20 off because we skipped the car wash beca change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hours and 15 min, my car was finally done. Drove the 45 minutes back to Sarasota and my husband pointed out the tire rotation didn’t get done. I took four hours away from work to get the oil changed?!?!!! Good service dept but pretty busy or backed up. 2hours and 30 minutes is a long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Good people on staff though. Second Oil change and tire rotation that took 2 hours. The person that did my car left all my stem valve cap loose and I lost one and had to tighten the other 3.
