Lack of communication to costumer when workers are out of the building or off for the day. Negative attitudes from the 2 men that work at the counters In service department. My car was never brought to me wh the building or off for the day. Negative attitudes from the 2 men that work at the counters In service department. My car was never brought to me when I picked it up. I had to walk out back to get it myself. Overall very unhappy. To many excuses why the car couldn’t get looked at after 24 hours of being brought in. More
