Dealership never gave my mom documents. Then claims the documents were deleted due to new ownership. Never agree to have them send you documents through email. No follow up once checked in to service. Service mgr (Richard) never returned any of my calls. Waited an hour and a half before I complained that my car was still in back lot and not service Service mgr (Richard) never returned any of my calls. Waited an hour and a half before I complained that my car was still in back lot and not serviced despite my appointment time. Stephen lied to me that my car was being serviced when I saw it in the back lot. He told me once I explained to him my situation that he didn’t have eyes in the back of his head. Amazingly inappropriate idiscourse for a member of your staff to talk to customers like that. Very disappointed with the treatment. I wanted to thank Richard for getting on top pod the situation once I brought it to his attention but couldn’t find him therefore I called several times to talk to him but despite several messages I left, I got no reply. I like Kia of port charlotte but this experience left a bad taste about any future service appointments. More
