We do provide digital paperwork via email and thumb drive, and if requested at the time, we would have no problem printing them. Please be assured, it's our intention to help where we can in situations like these, and we apologize if you were treated with anything less than respect. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the last company's documents and systems. We are happy to assist you in connection with the financing institution if you can come in to the dealership in person with the power of attorney. Otherwise contacting the bank who the loan is contracted with would be your best course of action. Please let us know how we can further assist you. 941-249-6171

I also drove to the dealership with power of attorney papers in person and was told at that point the documents could not be given to me due to new owners. Im sorry the new owners had taken over well before we bought the car. We also did ask for documents to be emailed at time of purchase was told no problem and got nothing but its funny about a week later you needed more documents signed and that i got so hmm what happened to original documents what are you hiding. Now that i give a review you want to be helpful. Yes i could go through bank who i have contacted but i should not need to if your dealership had a clue whats going on. All i got to say is BUYER BEWARE do NOT leave this dealership without your documents or better yet run go someplace else.

I appreciate the response and the apology but it seems a little to corporate in nature. How would I know what steps are taken and those responsible actually understand the nature of my complaint. I researched many dealerships before I leased and was very pleased with Kia of port charlotte. I travel from Naples for my service and am not sure after this last experience, that I would go that far for service. How are you going to earn my confidence enough to go that far for an unpredictable experience?
