we asked for change oil with synthetic, tires rotation and asked to check a leak on the left back tire.... They chang oil only... nothing else!!!! More

I will definitely return. I’ve only taken my car to another place once and that was Sam’s Club. I needed tires and they were having a sale. Other than that one time I’ve only taken it to the dealer for servicing, including oil changes. I purchased the car when I was living in Maryland and only took the car to dealers there. Then when I moved to Florida, I took it to the dealer here. This was the first time I had a problem and they made it good, so yes, I definitely will return.

Like the dealership but went in for oil change took 2 1/2 hrs. to get it done. Appt. at 11:30 didn’t get done until 2:00. Way too long!!! More
