5000 mile checkup took 2 1/2 hours. No updates were given to let me know what was going on. When I asked after service was completed I was told it was usually 1 1/2 hours. I usually have good service and know there is always an expected wait time for services but I was a bit aggravated with this last visit. I came for an oil change and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to compl expected wait time for services but I was a bit aggravated with this last visit. I came for an oil change and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. I was notified by my advisor a little over an hour in that after inspection they found a few issues, not covered. I requested a quote to go home with and was told I’d get it at end of visit. Another hour went by of going back and forth from service area and continuously trying to keep my 4 year old entertained. So finally I went to check with my advisor and found him leaning against a counter, casually chatting with another associate. He walks over to desk and my keys and paperwork are sitting there ready, along with one other. He said “oh they must have just put these here”, but he was facing his desk to where he would notice someone dropping keys off, so I did not believe that to be true. At that point I felt neglected as a customer. When walking out to car, looking through paperwork, I see no quote. He said he can go ahead and text the quote to me shortly. It’s been 2 days, haven’t received a quote and I don’t expect to see that quote at this point. Everything else was great though. Overall Kia does provide good service. I won’t let the frustrations of one advisor change my entire outlook on their services. They are very friendly, including my advisor for the visit, and provide complimentary water/snacks. As I was staring down the vending machine about to pay for water a sales associate stopped me and says he’d get us a water and pointed us to the snacks as well. I appreciate all the complimentary services done on car while trying oil changed. Just would have liked more timely and tentative care from my advisor during the visit. More

Asked for update, said she would go check. No update. Saw my car sitting in shop for 20 minutes with no one touching it. Watched it get pulled to service drive and waited 10 more minutes bef No update. Saw my car sitting in shop for 20 minutes with no one touching it. Watched it get pulled to service drive and waited 10 more minutes before advisor noticed, while she was chatting with another employee. Finally she noticed me looking at my vehicle and she says your vehicle is ready. As far as the survey in my car, basically failed on 90% of the items listed. Only reason I didn't complain at the dealership is that they did get me out in a little over an hour. Greasy windshield near where new oil life sticker is. More

Overall experience was terrible. I had an appointment and it still took over 3 hours!! Will not go back. Will buy another Kia. But not from this establishment. Paid cash for my car. I am not just a number. Does not take that long to run a diagnostic check. Especially when you have an appt. More
