My appointment for service was at 9:15 and the car was taken back right away the service was complete at 11:20 every thing was completed and the guy at the service desk was nice but I feel 2 hours is to l taken back right away the service was complete at 11:20 every thing was completed and the guy at the service desk was nice but I feel 2 hours is to long for just a normal inspection, oil change and tire rotation also 95$ is a little pricey at the Ford dealership where I bought my truck it’s 54$ for the same service. Love this dealership! But...... I needed someone to check my air conditioner. Your machine was broken I guess. My service person was gone when I picked up my car so I’m no But...... My car was washed but VERY POORLY. Windows were really dirty. Sand on the floorboards and then someone called me to reschedule the appt that i had missed. Only i hadnt! More
