My service rep, Steven R. , was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He even helped me set up hand-less phoning on my Kia Soul. The only way he could have been ANY better would have been for him to pay my bill! The waiting area at the Port Charlotte facility is comfortable, and spending time waiting there was pleasant.
