I have more to write. First of all, I will not be returning to your dealership. I had a 7:30am appointment. I was there at 7:20am. I was let in at 7:25, but my car sat at the door until 7:50am. I sat almost 3 hours with only 1 contact with Jacob and another contact with a young girl. Around 8:30 the young girl came and wanted permission to run a diagnostic test. I told her to check on my extended warranty. At 9:10 Jacob came and told me about my filters and door button; the oil change was done. Almost 2 hours and the oil change is the only thing they had completed. I told Jacob how long I was there and he said we will get it done and get me out of here. At 10am I looked out the door my car was there so I expected any minute Jacob would come and get me. No, he did not. At 10:15 I went to find him I wanted to go home. He knew how long I had been there why make me wait longer. I left your dealership around 10:30am. Never again. My original phone call to set up the appointment I was told I would be first appointment and everyone would be fresh, alert and I would get out sooner; that did not happen. Also Jacob was not in when I arrived so I could ask him questions or go over any instructions I had. I never saw him until 9:10am. I am truly sorry I had to write this, but I was really mad and upset. Thank you. Bernadeane Thompson
