They must be very understaffed due to covid or something. I was ignored for at least 10 minutes when I arrived. Was not given the usual very thorough intro and follow up through the 3 hour wait. We bought our 21 Sorento last year from Billie you provided the new ownership perk of first time oil change is free and they used synthetic oil which KIA has specified for years in the handbook. This is our 4th Sorento and we love what we get for what we have to pay. More
