I waited 2 hrs for an oil change, air filter and tire rotation. When I got to my car all the plastic, paper floor mats etc was still in car. Removed and threw them away myself. No apology from Vivian. In More

At fist they couldn’t find the extended warranty. But someone stepped in and found it. Had our tire repaired the same day. If this wouldn’t have happened, we would’ve had to rent a car. More
