Was a little disappointed that when I picked my car up after service it wasn't washed or vacuumed. The service dept is terrible. No ride service for oil changes. Clients are expected to get their own ride there and back. You are told it’s a 2 hour wait But in reality it is a No ride service for oil changes. Clients are expected to get their own ride there and back. You are told it’s a 2 hour wait But in reality it is always at least 3 hours sitting in the waiting room. Not acceptable. My car had an alert on it about a low beam light out. No one even checked it or changed it. If it wouldn’t void my warranty I’d never take it there. Complained to the service desk, they were of no help. They did not care. More
