Mike was great. Very communicative, polite, and professional. Though this is the third time they've put different valve caps on my tires. I even got bright yellow ones to go with the bright yellow vehicle. But they still put someone else's on. So there's some poor soul with bright yellow valve caps. And the pricing has gotten pretty ridiculous. What I usually would pay when it was Fucillo was about 300 has now gone up to 900. I will say my loyalty has definitely been tested due to the new ownership. Pretty much the only reason I go back is because of the customer service. But the continuous price hikes have me thinking otherwise as of late. More

I, an owner of a Hyundai SantaFe use KIA of Port Charlotte as it’s less than three miles from my home. I must always wait for the work to be done and they always find me to say what’s going on wit Charlotte as it’s less than three miles from my home. I must always wait for the work to be done and they always find me to say what’s going on with my car and how much longer. This is much appreciated. The customer waiting area is comfortable, clean and a good place to read. Upon driving out my car always seems to be a little better no matter what service was done. Great staff, they must have great mechanics as the work is always done to my satisfaction. I’ll continue being a customer as it’s a great place! More
