I cant believe how fast we were helped after hurricane. Stranded in south gulf cove at noon with not even AAA helping us i called Kia roadside assistance. They responded and towed our car to port charlotte kia. Two hours later they diagnosed bad gas and explained how it needed to be repaired. We told them to go ahead with repair and about five oclock they called to say it was ready! I am still in shock that we picked up the car next morning. Super service and so happy they took care of us at the most horrible time of the hurricane. Special shout-out to jay calderon for keeping us informed and to the service department.
