I have a warranty on my tires that I paid extra for. There was a nail in my passenger rear tire that I asked to be replaced. They denied replacing my tire - even under warranty and instead patched it. T More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent service experience. Please note your extra coverage does state that if the tire can be repaired, this would be the approved course of action. The tire did not require replacing due to the nature of the puncture. If you have any further questions or concerns, please call our Service Department at 941-249-6171.

Thank you for your response about my warranty. I asked to have the information about my warranty at the time of my service to be printed out so I can better understand. They did not provide it so I then provided my email and never received the information.
