There are new service staff and they were not friendly like the old staff was. Seemed annoyed when I was asking questions about the recall I knew nothing about until I checked out. The service member did not even speak to me until my car was done and then she was a little rude when I stated that I didn't even get a chance to speak to anyone before the car was worked on. I had questions that were not answered because she did not give me a chance to ask them. So I guess they will wait until the next time I get service and I will make sure not to get Vivian for the service person. More
