I had my brand-new 2022 Kia soul for less than two months before I had to replace the tire. When that happened, I called the service desk at this location to make sure my warranty cover that. The woman on the phone could not guarantee that my tire would be replaced at no charge. Unfortunately, I live about an hour away from the dealership. So I was not going to put a doughnut on my car, drive up there an hour, on a Friday night it was as well, just to have you guys tell me you can’t replace my tire for free. At my service appointment this Saturday, my service technician said that should have been covered but he just gave me the runaround and wasn’t very helpful. Not very impressed with your service team overall. This is my first car and you guys have been giving me bad information. I spent $100 out of pocket to replace my tire. More
