I brought my car in for service, it is under warranty, and was told what was wrong was not covered. I questioned what I was told and had to practically beg for them to take a better look. It turns out it was a part that was covered under warranty. I don't know if the service department was deliberately trying to rip me off or if they are too lazy to do there job. If I didn't question what they were saying I would have paid thousands of dollars unnecessary. I am very disappointed with the service department. I will not be bringing my car back. I will go out of my way to bring it to another dealership. AND I paid $120.00 for an oil change and did not even get my car washed. More

Could have been a higher rating except the service adviser never bothered to say anything to me about what was found during the inspection or what was done. I got the impression that I was bothering adviser never bothered to say anything to me about what was found during the inspection or what was done. I got the impression that I was bothering him when after almost 2 hours, I came over to find out how much longer it would be and discovered my car was in the checkout lane. He just printed off the paperwork and gave it to me to sign. This is the 3rd service adviser that I was assigned in the 10 months since I bought my car. I mentioned that I had left a message with a question about 4 weeks before and never got a call back. His response was that they were busy. I worked in customer service for over 30 years. I would never have responded to a customer in that manner. I understand that a lot of people today are are doing more work due to staffing shortages, however I did not feel that I was appreciated by this young man. I am sure that the mechanics who actually did the work were competent, but it would have been nice to have the advisor go over the paperwork. I have a service contract with this dealer. Hopefully the next service adviser I am assigned will be more customer friendly. More
I have heard that this business is being sold and it is really obvious in the way everything is being done. It took many hours for our Sorento to get an oil change, a car wash and for them to check and see really obvious in the way everything is being done. It took many hours for our Sorento to get an oil change, a car wash and for them to check and see what was causing a grinding sound in the steering column, I still have to bring it back next week after they get the part to fix it. They had said they would rotate the tires, but on the paperwork I received, that job had been deleted from the list of work. But I was told on pick up that the rotation had been done. I will ask when I drop it off for the work this week, that I want the rotation done since we will be traveling shortly. I’m very disappointed in the huge difference in the service department. How did they forget all that they had been doing to provide good customer service? After leasing our vehicle for 3 yrs and buying it out 4 months ago, We are very disappointed to be losing the great dealership we did have. More
Scheduled for oil change at 8:45 am … arrived on time and sat in waiting area for it to be done. At 11:00 am I actually had to go track down my car because it was taking too long. I spoke to the service advisor assigned to me that day and she wondered where the car was too. My advice to all… is don’t wait for a Kia advisor to tell you when your car is done have an idea on the time it will take to service your car for what is being done. An oil change should only have taken an 45 minutes to an hour basing that on extreme amount of circumstances. No one has time to waste at a dealership… so be vigilant and pay attention to your waiting time if your advisor is not advising you of the status of your vehicle. I shutter to think my vehicle was ready an hour ago and I was just now getting the vehicle at 11:15 am. More
Only bad thing I have to say. Appt was at 9:30 for oil change and car not taken in for service until 10:45.
