I showed them a coupon online and they stated it wouldn't work unless I had the coupon in person. And there are plenty of places that do an oil change for less they were not cooperative and the app was just for an oil change nothing extra. Maybe better services isn't what is needed in a time where the economy doesn't allow for extra. Some people cannot afford 120 for an oil change just to receive a half vacume and occasional car wash. There has been plenty of times neither happened.
