Not a good visit 8/3. Was told it would take 1-1/4 hours for diagnostics and repair. 2 hours later I went to check on vehicle and it was sitting in the checkout area. Iask Was told it would take 1-1/4 hours for diagnostics and repair. 2 hours later I went to check on vehicle and it was sitting in the checkout area. Iasked a young girl if it was ready to take home and she did check me out after asking who my service rep was whom I did not see in the area. The problem was written on the work order and was corrected. I was not given a review of the diagnostics and the car was washed(thank you) but front floor was quickly vacuumed butdid leave an amount of dirt behind. By the way, when i was told it would be 1-1/4 hours and in reality was just shy of 2 hours. Was never followed up during my stay --- not a good experience More

Tried to set up on internet, got a call back telling me someone from service would call to set up appointment but did not happen.
