This is a follow up comment, Jason the service manager called me back and looked up some past repairs. He realized that one of the repairs was duplicated by mistake. This mistake was not because of Steven called me back and looked up some past repairs. He realized that one of the repairs was duplicated by mistake. This mistake was not because of Steven the service writer or Carlo the technician. Jason did issue a credit to me for future parts and services. I initially came in for service on my 2016 Optima. While I was waiting for another warranty item to be repaired and have an oil change and tire rotation I ran into Bill shallow again who had previousl While I was waiting for another warranty item to be repaired and have an oil change and tire rotation I ran into Bill shallow again who had previously given me his card. Since I had quite a bit of waiting time on the service I decided to investigate what an upgrade on a newer Kia would be. Bill shallow did an estimate on my 2016 Optima and came to me to discuss the numbers. Bill was able to offer me a lease option on a 2023 Kia Sportage. I thought the car was too big initially and then I drove it, felt like a sedan while in the driver's seat, I have always driven sedans so that's what I intended to upgrade to. Bill shallow is an exceptional salesperson. I also dealt with Steven in service and he has always had excellent customer service skills. I also wanted to commend Jordan and finance for getting me out as I still had to go to work that Thursday. Everyone work together and the experience was excellent. I had a "clunking" noise in the steering column, diagnosed as either Tie Rod Ends or Sway Bar Linkages. Those were replaced. $700 later, the clunking noise persists. OTOH, your Service Custom diagnosed as either Tie Rod Ends or Sway Bar Linkages. Those were replaced. $700 later, the clunking noise persists. OTOH, your Service Customer Contact (Jacob Scanlon) was personable, helpful, a pleasure to talk to, the Waiting Room facilities also very pleasant. The overall experience was very good unless you include results. Unfortunately the problem persists and the car is now in Tennessee. More
