Traveling through the area and needed to have car serviced. Went to website to schedule an appointment on a Friday and was able to get in on Monday. Dealership is very nice and staff very friendly. I found Steve who basically took care of us to be excellent. It was a woman whose name I did not get when we first walked in, because Steve was busy, who informed us that we may have a very long wait excellent. I asked why she said because they were short on techs. I ask why they didn’t call me that morning to let me know that ahead of time and she said they don’t do that. She said what do you expect that we have to call 50 people to tell them their appointments are going to be late? And I said well yes actually I do. I was a plumbing and air-conditioning service dispatch person and I had to keep in touch with all of our customers all day if we were running ahead of time if we were running late if we couldn’t make it to their appointment. Our appointment was at 2:30 in the afternoon she had all day long to call us and tell us that it was going to run very late. Thanks to Steve we got out of there in an hour and a half for just a regular quick service. I would like to suggest that you set up a program where customers are called if you find yourself short on technicians in the morning. More

I went for an oil change and was told it would be an hour. My car sat in the done line for quite some time before the salesman told me twice he would be right with me then 10+ minutes later I asked ano hour. I found out the guy was in training but still this shouldn’t have happened as he had a current employee training him. More
