I do not trust the service department. They are always attempting to sell me unnecessary services for my 2020 Telluride. At the next oil change, 5,000 miles later, I was told by another service representative that the brake fluid needed to be replaced. This recommendation was made at least 2 more times each time I brought the vehicle in for recall work or an oil change. I will only bring my vehicle in for recall work and not for any other service. I will also never purchase another credible from this dealership. More

The Service people are pleasant and did my recall work very quickly. The dealer tried to pull a quick move on us when we purchased the car. We planned on paying cash.
