I do not trust the service department. They are always attempting to sell me unnecessary services for my 2020 Telluride. For example, when the vehicle had 37,000 miles, the service tech convinced my wife it was necessary to bleed the brakes and replace the brake fluid when there had been no issues with the brakes. At the next oil change, 5,000 miles later, I was told by another service representative that the brake fluid needed to be replaced. This recommendation was made at least 2 more times each time I brought the vehicle in for recall work or an oil change. I will only bring my vehicle in for recall work and not for any other service. I will also never purchase another credible from this dealership. More

The Service people are pleasant and did my recall work very quickly. The dealer tried to pull a quick move on us when we purchased the car. We planned on paying cash. The finance person talked us into financing the vehicle for 3 months to get a “discount”. After returning home we discovered the finance charge for 3 months was more than the “discount”. Evidently the dealer got a “bonus” if the vehicle was financed for at least 3 months. More
