My name is Anthony Pomo, I am the Parts and Service Director with Maroon Kia. I know that you and Mrs. Dinger were not completely satisfied with the used 2004 Saturn L300 you purchased from our dealership this past November, 2011. Mr. Maroon has been in the car business for over 55 years and is concerned that everyone coming to his dealership has a completely satisfying experience with their vehicle. As you know since we are a Certified DealerRater Dealer, we take this commitment very seriously. After reading your review I can see that you feel differently. You are aware of the efforts that Mr. Johnson and I made to correct each and every issue that arose with the vehicle. These efforts included, by your own admission, extending the warranty, and providing a new rental car, during the time your vehicle was in service, at no charge to you. In addition, we did rebuilt the top portion of the engine and took care of the engine light issues each time you brought the car back to us. We not only have done everything legally and in accordance with the parameters of the used car warranty, but went beyond those parameters in an attempt to satisfy you with the vehicle you purchased. My hope is that what you find we have done mechanically is what any other reputable dealer would do in a similar case. We understand that you are not pleased with the final outcome of your purchase, but we hope that you would realize that we have done all we can to make this car work for you and your family. At Maroon we do strive to provide the highest quality service and sales experience, but we are experienced enough to know that we cannot satisfy all of our customers 100% of the time.
