LEASING A NEW KIA on sept 24 i went to sw kia in round rock for a service problem. i knew it would take a while for it to be diagnosed and decided to have an oil change on sept 24 i went to sw kia in round rock for a service problem. i knew it would take a while for it to be diagnosed and decided to have an oil change while waiting. i can always trust sean knox to be be most helpful and attempt to have the work done as promptly as possible. while waiting i asked Angel to answer a financing question for me. he foisted me off to hayat who i never dealt with before. i got the normal sales pitch but my question was never answered. by sheer luck a 2019 kia had been delivered to the lot that day and it was what i was looking for. after all this i finally got my financing question answered . i leased the new kia because had no idea what the service work on the 2016 kia would entail. jessica , in finance, was extremely knowledge and explained what my options were so i could decide how to proceed. i have dealt with some of your sales personal before and because i didn't lease from them they don't even acknowledge my presence since then. More

Service center goes above and beyond! I had to bring my car in via tow truck, and Sean kept me updated on arrival of my vehicle and the repair. I wanted to write this review to let the management team know at Southwest Kia of Round Rock just how much my family appreciates the work you and your I wanted to write this review to let the management team know at Southwest Kia of Round Rock just how much my family appreciates the work you and your team did to help my son buy a new "used" Kia SUV from your dealership. The sales and finance help was incredible and helped Shane make a great decision to buy. In addition to the sales agent who helped us, Jessica Kane was also amazing in helping us understand the finance options. In fact, after I talked with Jessica about my son's purchase, and she further explained the importance of an extended warranty to me, we are now working on paying a little extra to get a warranty that will give my son a lot of extra coverage, just in case. I also talked to Jessica, the Finance Manager, about me possibly coming down to Austin to buy a Kia for myself from their dealership. She was amazingly helpful in explaining the options to me, and as a result, we got an extended warranty for Shane and I may possibly be getting me a new SUV from this dealership. Awesome customer service! After i test drove a car, it wasn't quite what i wanted. I wanted black interior. As we were about to leave, my salesperson had found one! Went to look at it. Although new, wasn't quite what i wanted. I wanted black interior. As we were about to leave, my salesperson had found one! Went to look at it. Although new, it was very rough. Had 500 miles on it, the interior was very dirty & there was a nick on the paint on the door. Needless to say, all was taken care of. More
