They offered several solutions, including placing you on a reservation list for a loaner vehicle — which is different from having a confirmed appointment. They also extended courtesy options such as Uber and Lyft rides, which are available during every visit. While your vehicle did need to stay overnight, we are pleased to note that the recall work was completed in under 24 hours. We understand this may not have been the most convenient experience for you, but we encourage you to consider the full range of support options that were provided. While we may not have been able to fulfill your immediate request, our team made every effort to assist you and ensure your vehicle was properly repaired.
