Glenn and Adam were awesome. We were in the market for a first car fo our daughter and we decided on the Kia soul. When we arrived at Kia we met Glenn at the front door and started talking about what we were looking for. He showed us every car he had and even started looking at inventory that they had just got in on trade that hadn't even been posted yet. We were looking at a 2010 that my daughter liked but it had pretty high mileage. by this time the dealership had closed but Glenn and Adam the sales manager were not trying to rush us out they kept trying to find the right car for my daughter. By 10:00 PM Adam found a 2015 that had just come in that afternoon and wasn't even int he system yet. It had low mileage and was in emasculate condition. Adam told us that is we wanted to do the deal he would make us a great offer and he did just that. On top of that he didn't want o us to make a decision that night. He told us to take the care home, look at it in the morning and let then know if we wanted to do the deal. The next day we decide this was the right car for our daughter and I texted Glenn to let him now we would be in that evening to wrap up the purchase. When we got here something seemed different about Glenn but I couldn't put my finger on it. It finally dawned on me that he was not wearing the red company logo shirt and kaki pants he was in shorts a T-Short and flip flops. At that time I realized he was there on his day off. He was taking time away from his family to make sure our deal was done how he and Adam had promised. Adam was true to his word and the deal was exactly as he promised the night before and Glenn stayed late again on his day off to make sure my daughter knew how to work the special features on the car and that everything he had promised was delivered. This is a rare thing to find in this day and age in car sales. More
