The vehicle was returned quicker than the original estimated timeframe, much cleaner than when it arrived! I was almost disappointed at their efficiency, since the customer lounge had all the facilities I needed to be able to get online and do some work, while enjoying a drink or a snack, as desired. Frankly, Southwest Kia consistently delivers the best service experience. More
