I'm hoping this becomes my new "go-to" dealership for service and new cars. I like the people at this dealership including Deborah Harman in service. However they are extremely busy. It was impossib service and new cars. I like the people at this dealership including Deborah Harman in service. However they are extremely busy. It was impossible to reach anybody by phone. The service took longer than expected but the quality of the work and the price paid seemed very good. I'm giving them good reviews except of the service time and communications. From my point of view the jury is still out for Kia of Round Rock. I'm disappointed in Kia in the way they handled the Lemon they sold me previous to this vehicle. They don't stand behind their product. I doubt my next car will be a Kia. More

I do NOT know where to begin, this has been a complete nightmare. I am purchasing a new 2023 Kia K5 GT. Jordan has been my salesman through the process and has tried to be as helpful as he can but his man nightmare. I am purchasing a new 2023 Kia K5 GT. Jordan has been my salesman through the process and has tried to be as helpful as he can but his management has made this process xxxx. I have purchased many vehicles and I have never been through all the mess they have put me through. Not to mention they have been paid on my new car and I have yet to receive my car that is sitting at the car dealership due to the lack of management and finance doing their job. I have called and asked to speak with a sales manager and of course they're always too busy or in meetings. If I was not so far into this process of purchasing the car, I would most definitely take my business else where, and to a dealership who appreciates business. This place needs to clean up management and learn how to appreciate business. More
