Yesterday at around 6pm we called the manager named Angel about a car we are interested in and we spent a lot of time do the searching and comparing, then finally decided to get this car. That manager(not sure why he even could be on a manager position, that really lower the company’s overall quality) promised us that he would shoot us an email about the details of the car and then he would like to manage the time on weekend for us if we are interested in going there and doing test drive. He talked so nicely. But there wasn’t an email at all and when we checked back the website, the car was sold. We were already on our way there, it’s a three hours drive, so 6 hours back and forth. His action was so unprofessional and very not trustworthy at all. I will never work with this company for sure. And it did disappoint us a lot that he said one thing but never did what he said. That wasn’t a person that in a manager position should do. I highly doubt the overall quality of the company if the manager is this untrustworthy and irresponsible. We spent so much time and effort in this car and we even was so ready to put a deposit down at any moment and we could just drive down there right away to get the car. We had the worst experience here and what he has done to us was not okay. If the owner could see the review, pls do take my feedback seriously. Coz with a employee like this, you guys would lose a lot of business just Bc of him. If the owner could possibly reach me out, I would like to share more details with you and pls do replay the record of the phone call as well. A very warm reminder to all the potential customers in the future with this company, if you ever work with Angel the sales manager, pls do not trust any of his words. Bc whatever he said was all lies and you will waste all your time and energy. He just has no respect for buyers. Thanks for taking time to read my review. I called this location yesterday around 6pm in the evening to view availability on a Cadenza sedan. Spoke with angel the sales manager in charge working Saturday evenings. He assured me that he would email or text me more information. I was ready to come purchase the vehicle today. I never heard anything back and they closed at 8pm. I filled out all my info online so I could be contacted in the morning. Finally received a text from Alex ceik about the vehicle and before I know it the vehicle is sold. I was already half way to Roundrock from Plano. This is the most inconsiderate, unreliable, unprofessional, fake, dishonest, and inconsistent Kia dealership I've ever contacted. The communication is horrible and the manager is very inexperienced. If I could have put a deposit down I would have but I was never given the opportunity absolutely unbelievable. Avoid this waste of time with this unprofessional and inexperienced manager. More
