Kia of Round Rock - Service Center

don't waste your time like they waste yours Back in December I bought a 2015 kia soul+, was kind of rushed and pressured into the sale but did like the vehicle. After a month or so of owning the car I started to have electrical issues with the car, went in for my first oil change and notified them and they told me that I would have to schedule an appointment time and would have to find my own transportation and would not provide a rental. Went back again 2 weeks later SAME issues, they try to tell me that because I have a system in my vehicle that that is what's causing the problems.. that's odd because they were issues before the stereo was installed, so explain that.. so problem persists and I drop it off 2 more times and still can't find the problem so they just replace the modules and say it's fixed. Well tonight I get a phone call saying that I have to bring the car in and duplicate the problem with there "master" mechanic, if anyone knows electrical problems, you can't just make them happen. So needles to say DO NY WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP FROM SALES DOWN TO SERVICE!!!! By far the worst dealership experience all the way around. Dustin R More
