We were in a rough spot and had to make some difficult decisions in buying a new car. Nick was helpful and I believe trying to help us solve the problem. Ivan was very pleasant and professional to deal with as I had the general 27 point inspection done on my Kia Sportage. The service guy who actually takes care of us and our car, Ivan Breedlove, ALWAYS returns phone messages left on his voice mail (a rarity!), always calls about results from any tests run on our car and/or any repairs needed, and is upfront about costs. He then calls in a timely manner when our car is ready. We have had 4 Kias, and if we ever need another car, it will definitely be a another KIA! More
