They damaged my wife's car and refuse to pay for repairs. My wife took her car there for an oil change and the garage door to the service center closed on it and damaged the roof. Don’t want to make good on warrenty items Took a Kia Rio I purchased in 2016 there a few months ago due to knocking noise they didn’t cover anything on it that was wrong, but insisted I ran so Took a Kia Rio I purchased in 2016 there a few months ago due to knocking noise they didn’t cover anything on it that was wrong, but insisted I ran something over and had thousands in damage. ?? That did not happen. Driving down the road and strut falls off. Take it to them they say not under warranty because I hit a bump and broke it, they want to charge over $600$. Pull my car from there take down the road to Barker & Knubbs and it was because the strut was off, not broke, the screw came off and bent the bolt and it was pounding shock. They heated bolt to straighten and replaced nut. $50. Kia tried to rip me off and make $ on something that was under warranty. Will never purchase from them again! Their service Dept is incompetent. I guess they sell you an inexpensive car (11K) and make it up on service calls. More
Brake replacement /oil change I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the service department and the time it took to complete. On the flip side, the labor charg I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the service department and the time it took to complete. On the flip side, the labor charges seemed rather outrageous -$280 each for front and back. I searched average pricing with $145 being in the middle and $300 for the high cost. This is AFTER I was given a 10% discount which I did appreciate . Don't get me wrong, I was very pleased with the services provided, just think their pricing is unreasonable More

Absolutely nightmare experience with service department. Practice of deception and lies by service writers sponsored and covered by service manager. Horrible Customer Service Ive given this dealership 2 chances. First time i went in for a simple oil change. Never topped off my fluids in 20 degree weather. Service done on my car was excellent. I recently had some routine maintenance done to my Soul and was surprised by the friendliness and speed to which my car was finished. Service Center Technicians are extremely careless Service Center technicians at the facility are careless and poorly supervised by competent staff. The Service Center managers, both the Service Cente Service Center technicians at the facility are careless and poorly supervised by competent staff. The Service Center managers, both the Service Center Manager Lindsay and the Service Center Advisor John are excellent to deal with and try to make up for the Service Techs lack of attention. First time bringing the car in for routine oil change, came home to find out that they only put in 3 quarts of oil in my Sorento, and the engine covers were missing. Came back to the dealership and both Lindsay and John had the techs do another Oil change and replaced my engine covers. Second time to the dealership, I needed a new Thermostat. The replaced the thermostat and then I got no heat in the vehicle. Drove back to dealership, tech explained may be air in the system. They tried again to fix, still no heat. Brought the car over the Mentor Kia, and their techs discovered that the thermostat was improperly installed. Both Linday and John took care of the bill from Mentor Kia. I don't have a problem with the Service Center managers, I do however cannot stress how poor their service techs do their job and may cause damage to your vehicle. More
Horrible I was getting my oil changed and I was looking at some of the new vehicles in stock and the dealer guy wouldn't even give me the time of day, he looke I was getting my oil changed and I was looking at some of the new vehicles in stock and the dealer guy wouldn't even give me the time of day, he looked at me like I'm not wasting my time on you because you just bought a car. I left there feeling like a piece of crap on the bottom of his shoe. I left and decided to go back because I was pissed! I go back, and talked with the manager and he helped me right away, still, I don't like dealing with them anymore. More
