Since I bought my Kia, they have been extremely helpful. I brought in my car for maintenance service a day before my appointment and they took care of me that same day. We were n dire need to have my daughters 2 year old van because it stops running , Kia of concord refused to help us citing no appointment available so I called Kia of Vacaville and spoke to Meghan and to because it stops running , Kia of concord refused to help us citing no appointment available so I called Kia of Vacaville and spoke to Meghan and took us the same day n fix the car the same day , we are very grateful , excellent customer service and updated us all morning for the status of the repair , so look nowhere else if you need a car or your Kia needs work , come to this place , you won’t regret it ! 11 stars!
