I scheduled this appointment about a week and a half ago, it was for a recall to fix something in the car that can apparently cause it to spontaneously combust! They told us that the car would be washed and vacuumed, but then told us they hadn’t done it yet. I was done and wanted to just leave. They didn’t attempt to reschedule me. More
