Bought a used car in August. Had issues with it, including damage that wasnt fixed, broken glass in the car, and fragments in the windshield where it was broken. Tried several times to get the car taken care of and each time they said the problem was fixed, it wasnt. Went to get swrvice done at a different dealership and they showed me where the axle was bent. They also pulled up the carfax and it had been in 2 accidents, unbeknownst to me. The car is unsafe to drive, per another dealership. The dealership has not returned my calls and no one will talk to me. More

I was looking for a C6 ZO6 and Kia/Toyota of Vero Beach happened to have one; wrong color, RIGHT PRICE. I met with Nolan, primary salesman, and Christian. Horrible dealership experience. Car was listed at $18k online, but once we were there they claimed we had to buy a $3k package. They told us this package covered minor scratches and Car was listed at $18k online, but once we were there they claimed we had to buy a $3k package. They told us this package covered minor scratches and dents anytime. A week after buying, we called and were told no such package exists on our account and they don’t fix scratches or dents without charging. Only after arguing with both the salesperson and manager did they agree to fix the major scratches that were already on the car. They gave us an appointment, rescheduled last minute, and then acted like they couldn’t even take us when we showed up. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. More
