I have to give some MAJOR kudos to Kia of Vero Beach after probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had! We were shopping for a 2027 Kia Seltos for our son to commute to college and were act after probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Then I found the exact vehicle at Kia of Vero Beach at a great price. I did some research beforehand and Andrew Major kept coming up as the salesperson to contact. Great advice! I texted Andrew with my offer, and within a few hours we had a deal worked out. I also spoke with Sales Manager Joe Perry, who may be the nicest, most laid-back sales manager I've ever dealt with. Completely transparent, no pressure and no games. And I'm admittedly pretty ruthless when negotiating with car dealers! 😂 I gave Andrew one challenge: I wanted EVERYTHING handled ahead of time by text so my wife and I could be in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. License, insurance, financing, VIN, warranty options — all done before we arrived. Andrew met us at the door, paperwork took less than 10 minutes, and then we met with finance manager Dragon. Another great experience — friendly, straightforward and zero pressure. We actually purchased a technology protection plan because what he offered made sense at a fair price. Then I jokingly told Andrew, "You've got 5 minutes!" 😂 Our new Seltos was sitting out front beautifully detailed, full tank of gas, tag installed and ready to go. Andrew offered to explain all the features, but I'd already watched enough YouTube videos to earn a minor degree in Kia Seltos operation! TOTAL TIME AT THE DEALERSHIP: about 30 minutes. No games, no changed numbers, no surprises — AND we got a very good deal. Andrew Major, Joe Perry and Dragon absolutely knocked it out of the park. Bought a used car in August. Had issues with it, including damage that wasnt fixed, broken glass in the car, and fragments in the windshield where it was broken. Tried several times to get the car taken care of and each time they said the problem was fixed, it wasnt. Went to get swrvice done at a different dealership and they showed me where the axle was bent. They also pulled up the carfax and it had been in 2 accidents, unbeknownst to me. The car is unsafe to drive, per another dealership. The dealership has not returned my calls and no one will talk to me. More

I was looking for a C6 ZO6 and Kia/Toyota of Vero Beach happened to have one; wrong color, RIGHT PRICE. I met with Nolan, primary salesman, and Christian.
