By the end we were exhausted, very hungry, and pretty much regretting the entire decision. I know they were busy, but my time is way more valuable than that. We love the car we ended up with however, a 2018 Kia Niro Touring. Awesome gas mileage was the main reason for our decision. More

Total lack of Ethics I had written a review previously and was convinced to take it down by a manager at Fuccillo who shall remain nameless. I leased a new Kia Forte on De I had written a review previously and was convinced to take it down by a manager at Fuccillo who shall remain nameless. I leased a new Kia Forte on December 1st of 2017 from this dealership. During the negotiation process, on two separate occasions by two separate managers, both my wife and my daughter asked if we were still going to receive the cruise that had been the previous incentive. They were both told that no it was no longer being offered, but that the incentive for December was a free 3 year maintenance package. We signed the paperwork, under the assumption that we had received the maintenance package until I took it in for the first schedule maintenance to be told that there were no notes indicating that we had free maintenance. I went home and posted a review of said experience and was immediately called by previously stated manager and was asked to take the review down and that he would cover my maintenance for two years and give me a free detail during my next scheduled appointment. While I was still at the dealership they did agree to comp the first maintenance. I was assured that the notes had been updated and that I would not have any problem getting maintenance performed going forward. Today I took the Forte to have the 7500 mile service performed and at the conclusion was informed that there were no notes indicating that I had the free maintenance and that I would have to pay. I did so, took my Forte and left. I will not return to Fuccillo Kia for any reason going forward. I will drive 100 miles to keep from having to deal with this dealership ever again. The only reason that I even considered having a Kia was for what Billy did for the veteran over in St Pete. So in essence, I received zero incentive for leasing a Kia in December and getting my military rebate was also a night mare. The only things that I have found HUGE at Fuccillo Kia are the misrepresentations, confusion and hassle of trying to get what was promised to me. I am sadly disappointed in being put through this. Not Customer or Savings Friendly My experience at this dealer was not a good one. They don't like to answer questions such as "What is the price of the car?" I spoke to five people before I could see any numbers. Then they were rude and argued with me, did not allow my sales consultant to give me any info. Further more when I was told that certain warranties came with the vehicle then the bill showed that the warranty was an added on price. When i asked about it they started explaining what the warranty was for not explaining why I was told that it came with the vehicle when it really didn't. And they kept doing this as though I would forget that I asked them a question. They really think their customers are imbeciles. The only upside is that if another dealer doesnt have the year make or model that you need, then they probably do have it. They do have a large inventory. Finally their price was only $100 less than their competing dealer. So the savings defintely were not "HUGE" and the service was terrible. I will not be returning to this dealer. . More
