Great Vibe, awesome team & attention to customer experience After looking at the TV adds, they made me want to go there. the energy level I knew was going to be high and positive. First you get in their showroo After looking at the TV adds, they made me want to go there. the energy level I knew was going to be high and positive. First you get in their showroom full of people in red tables like a restaurant, not cars. That is the first shocker to normalcy" But that is what starts to tell you this is a different place. As we walked in, Sales rep Juan Lagaza, inmediatelly sat us in a red top table like the other 15 tables and instead of a food menu gave us the car menu. He asked us what we wanted and the details to start the process. They offered us and gave us water, hot chocolate, coffee , popcorn, pizza, you name it . Always someone trying to reset the clock on waiting time. Amazing!! Their credit people are also amazingly human, they work with what you got to offer and get you a deal real real no gimmics. We got a deal that we liked and came out with a new car . After that, the follow up on service and welcome calls and information is like no other place Ive bought a car. To the point I took my son and he also got his new car and the service was as exceptional as mine so two hits in a row??? I give Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel , Florida and Juan Lagaza their sales man a 200% a 10 in all categories, with eyes closed. The place makes you like to go buy a car. Keep it up !!!! More

He was very informative about all the cars we were interested in and was patient while we test drove at least three different vehicles. He worked with us on financing options and answered all our questions. He made us feel really comfortable and made the experience easier than it could have been. He also called me the following day to let me know, he found me a better interest rate & to come sign the new paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership. Bad credit, no credit, wasn't a problem for me there. I couldn't even get a buy here pay here to help me on a decent car for a cheaper price on a 2008 vehicle. I left KIA in a brand new 2016 KIA FORTE.... Best decision I made yesterday... Thanks to the team for helping & a HUGE thank you, to George.
