Had a terrific experience with Kia on Atlantic. I tend to shy away from most sales associates but Firas along made my experience a very pleasant one. He went out of his way to help me and get me the car I wanted. If a sales Dept is the first hurdle that most of us avoid then the Finance dept is the one we run from. But I did no running. I worked with Richard matos in finance, and he did not try and pressure me or slip by a bunch of added costs but made the finishing process smooth and painless. I would suggest to anyone wanting to have a low pressure and high satisfaction experience of buying a car that you give them a chance to earn your business. They earned mine! More
