Chris was so great, I loved his customer service from the time i walked in the dealship doors til the time i walked out. I had my two kids with me as well (ages 6&7) and he keep them smiling to and keeping t time i walked in the dealship doors til the time i walked out. Employees were very friendly and easy to work with. When a problem came up with the AC in the original car I purchased the staff at Southside Kia took all the appropriate steps to make sure it was taken car a problem came up with the AC in the original car I purchased the staff at Southside Kia took all the appropriate steps to make sure it was taken care of to the satisfaction (found the same car and traded it out for the one with the problem) of the customer and not just what worked for the dealership.
