I returned to the dealership because I was very impressed with the service provided when I went with my daughter when she purchased a new car. She got a 2013 Rio 5 door. There was no pressure, no jive talking back and forth checking on this and that, she was presented with her options, she made her choice and done. I returned on several weekends for the next 2 months to see if the car that caught my eye was still on the lot. I was waiting on a bonus check to come before making a purchase. The last new car I had for myself was purchased in 2000-that was not a good experience. When my husband and I came onto the lot today "my" car was still there, we were greeted and our salesman, Adis remembered me (even though he was not the person that sold my daughter her car). He is very easy to talk to, not overbearing. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. He took me through the features of the car with a sense of excitement. I could not believe what he did and all the hard word he did to insure that I was able to get my n trade in my old KIA 2011 Rio for a new 2013 FORTE.
