How to go about this review. 1) Bought the “tire certificates” from Discount Tire about 2 months ago, with no issues whatsoever. They inspected my tires, said they were fine (all 1) Bought the “tire certificates” from Discount Tire about 2 months ago, with no issues whatsoever. They inspected my tires, said they were fine (all at 7/32 tread). On 12/29/22 had them rotated and balanced (mind you no one brought anything up out of the ordinary) and soon after developed a pulling to the right. At first I thought it was the crowning in the road, yet after driving in different lanes,(seeing if it was just my imagination) no matter what, it still pulled to the right. Well, took it to Southside Kia, and brought it up to Mrs. Soto, granted yes the alignment was out by a long shot, but the funny thing was the car didn’t pull prior to rotating the tires. (Yes I know that’s weird) Because Discount Tire told me the mismatched tire was dangerous (yes I brought this up to their customer service department) I wound up getting a new set of tires from Mrs. Soto who was able to get them price matched for me. Had them installed on 2/10/23, and couldn’t be any happier. There’s no more vibration, or shimmy as the previous tires had, and now it’s like driving a brand new car (night and day difference). Even though I bought new tires, it was the lesser of 2 evils, because the 1’s on the car the previous owner bought from Walmart, and they were out of stock, but the ride was horrible. More
