The best thing I can say about Killeen Ford is that they have discovered time travel - they are committed to selling cars in the same way the business was done when Bill Clinton was President. I did not More

Ford gives incentive to finance with Ford Motor Credit, and we pass those long to the customer. After polling our customers, we have applied the most asked for accessories to the vehicles in stock. We can work with someone on the product bundle that we install. Regarding negotiating our regionally leading price, we put our most aggressive pricing up front. That way a customer doesn’t have to haggle over price. Please call us at 254-616-9821, our management team would like to discuss this matter further with you.

The dealer’s response is flawed in several key details: Increasing the sales price by paying cash or with outside financing is not the same thing as “giving our customers the benefit” of financing arranged by the store. Suggesting that “customers want” the window tint, the “windshield treatment” and the “active GPS” system is justification for that being an undisclosed increase in price. With Killeen Ford, the advertised price is NOT the price. Contrary to their assertion that they will “work with someone on the product bundle we install”, they do not. It is flatly stated that Killeen Ford WILL NOT remove that charge which is NOT disclosed in the advertised price - whether on their own website, or those of third party aggregators like cars.com. I have that in writing from Killeen Ford. Killeen Ford asserts that they “put their most aggressive pricing up front” and a customer “doesn’t have to haggle about price.” I don’t know where they went to school, but where I went to school, asking $45,899 for a pre-owned vehicle, and only telling me after nearly two days of working a deal that there is an as of yet undisclosed upcharge for their product bundle, and an additional $3,000 in markup if I use my own financing or pay cash ain’t that. I had a specific conversation with their F&I guy who told me that I could finance through their store, make four payments and then refinance, because that way, they’d get their kickback from the lender, as if they had a solution to the $3,000 increase over the advertised price by telling me to still use their financing, pay them the extra interest over my credit union’s pre-approved loan terms was reasonable. “Call us” and a member of the management team will discuss this with you. I have had several phone calls with members of management today; each time I was told something different, but none of those conversations provided a solution aside from “pay us what we demand, or sod off.” One manager called me back and hung up on me upon learning my identity. Their response is as faulty as is the salesperson’s assertion that she “guarantee(d) a fair service and the best deal hand’s down” is false. You can’t tell me that by increasing the advertised sales price by 12% is the “best deal hands down”, nor a fair service. One of Killeen Ford’s managers told me that the deal added products and the finance requirement was “listed in the fine print on the website.” It is not. It is not there, nor on any of their advertising for the vehicle I wanted. It’s the car I want, but I can’t buy it from Killeen Ford from where I am. I’m in 2026. They think that it’s still 1993, and Cal Worthington is their role model.

We definitely want to make a deal with the customer. Sometimes the math of the deal just doesn’t work out. The gentleman came in with a $890 payment on a 2026 Pathfinder with a payoff of around $56,000. The original MSRP of it was around $45,000. He had just bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago. His reason for trading was the seat was too small and it was uncomfortable for his back. He said he never drove the Nissan before buying it. He looked at a 2025 Expedition Max with an MSRP of around $73,000. That’s about a $30,000 difference in vehicle. He wanted to keep his payment at $900. The difference of the vehicles’ MSRPs dictates the payment difference in the vehicle would be around $500. That’s before even discussing his trade in’s initial depreciation and any left over balance being rolled over into the new loan. He requested to see a breakdown and that’s where we could have done a better job of giving him that information. We apologize if there was any miscommunication. If the customer still wants to be in the $900 range, we have options that we tried to show him the day he was here.

I asked for the breakdown you guys denied me the breakdown you guys never came to me to discuss the breakdown so stop lying also you guys never told me the value of the vehicle when i asked regardless of the reason that i want to get rid off of the vehicle witch is not your concern cause at the end I'm the one who's going to make the payment not you i have to pick and look what is convinced for me this is why i regrets trying to do business with killeen ford always some kind of shady issues they don't care about any Veterans they see you as a dollars sign period not even the manager try to talk to me and try to make a deal.

The manager did come out to talk with you. He asked you what would be your preference…showing all the money in the discount or showing you more for your trade. He also said that after doing that he could still not arrive at the $900 payment you wanted to which you asked for your keys back. We have no problem going over any figures with any customer. A different manager is sending you the figures. We apologize for offending you. That is never our intention. We were trying to be cognizant of the payment spike and work with you on finding a vehicle that would accomplish a similar payment to your current one. If you’ll consider more payment we will diligently work with you to accomplish your goals.
