I had the best experience. From the time I pulled up to the time that Olin and I finalized the deal, it was amazing! We looked and test drove Seders. Needless to say, I love my new Abiator! Thanks, Olin.

Everything was great, especially our sales rep Carlos! - Sam

Everything was great, especially our sales rep Carlos! He was the best ever, treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. He knew everything about how the vehicle worked, what features were the same/different from our previous truck, and what our "must have" list was. When we completed the paperwork he escorted us to Miguel who was also warm, friendly, and efficient. Then Carlos got our new Maverick washed and cleaned and helped us transfer our personal items from the old Maverick to the new one and reviewed how to to use the different features. We never felt pressured from any Bird Kultgen employee, but all had a genuine desire to be helpful. We think Bird Kultgen is the best dealership around because not only do they have a large selection to choose from, but their prices are reasonable and their employees are off the chart in being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

I am 84 years old and Hyundai of Leander Service has - jimsparks

I am 84 years old and Hyundai of Leander Service has been, without question, the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I especially want to thank Mr. Victor Cabrera, the service manager, MS. Micah Faurie, the Servicer Administrative Assistant, and especially Mr. Houston Johnston, my Service Advisor. Every contact has been outstanding and they have exceeded my expectations. Jim Sparks Major, USAF (Retired)

Terrible dealership. - mtjbrant43

Terrible dealership. Be very careful of what you’re getting before signing paperwork. I was sold a car that had been wrecked but that wasn’t disclosed until after final funding and paperwork was signed and done. Repair work was done horribly and now to have it fixed right is gonna be all on my dime. They refuse to do anything about it after trying to sell me another car for 20 thousand more dollars! Never again will they be used for anything

Stanley Ford did a great job of taking care of me on the - DWW

Stanley Ford did a great job of taking care of me on the purchase of my new truck. Dallas was my salesman that really went over the top to make sure I was happy & knew everything about the vehicle. I was very pleased that after a few hours of waiting on sidesteps for the truck that the CEO & Manager took time to introduce themselves & took care of me with extra add-ons for the truck. Everyone at the dealership treated me with respect & were very accommodating .

I was an out of state traveler with a non-working AC in - Roastin' in Texas

I was an out of state traveler with a non-working AC in 85+ degree traveling through Texas. I had the issue addressed at a deslership in Missouri, but that repair wasn't functioning. Randy in the Service Department reviewed the previous eork done, addressed options, and had the car in for a diagnostic evaluation within minutes. He and his team ascertained the problem outlined my options, and had the truck in gor corrective measures in a rapid professional mannner. He even called the previous dealer to discuss the correct manner to address the errors done by the previous dealer, so that I wouldn't have to pay another deductable on my extended warranty for the same repair. My vehicle was diagnosed, the problem addressed, and me back on the road in less than 3 hours of arrival! I found the dealership clean, professional, and the staff service exemplary. I couldn't have asked for better service, results, or final outcome. Randy is my new favorite Texan! And Apple Sport Ford my go to guys if I'm ever stuck in a motor vehicle repair situation that calls for solid, professional, and courteous customer service!
