I inquired about purchasing a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I explained l was purchasing from out of town and stated exactly what l was concerned regarding maintenance being reformed on the vehicle and the condition of the tires. Upon purchasing the vehicle it was delivered in the dark. The first thing l did was inspect the tire tread. Sure enough there was less then 20 % of the tread left on each tire, l verified this against the brand new spare tire that matched the mounted tires. The vehicle is not even safe to drive on the streets with such a poor amount of tread left. The salesman told me the tires should be replaced and not to worry. Then after the paperwork was signed l asked when the tires would be replaced so the vehicle could be shipped. He recanted and said I’m not a mechanic, the tires were actually in great condition. The photos l sent the dealership the evening they delivered the vehicle proved otherwise. Typical bait and switch tactics. l have requested they make it right and replace the tires as they should have. Lina tried six times with no success, and had to walk over just to get a response. I've been waiting on a part for a week, with very real impacts to my life, and Automax can't even pick up the phone. Their excuse... "We're shorthanded." I never even received any notice that my part arrived, or was even ordered. I'm not getting paid to waste my time calling you. I'm not sure what your staff is getting paid for, since they are clearly not doing their jobs.
