Ridiculously overpriced! And that's not even counting the $62 of "miscellaneous" fees they tried to add on top of the $70 for my "works" oil change. $330 for two hours of diagnosing. Then they wanted OVER $7,000 for repairs. My vehicle does need some expensive repairs, but they're charging easily over 40% from the market average. Borderline fraudulent. More

Not to mention that he didn't offer me a seat and I had to pick a chair myself from another huddle. DO NOT waste your time or if you chose to do business with them, make sure to call in advance. Also, avoid Tim O. Zero professionalism, inconsiderate but mostly disrespectful. His lack of empathy is just shocking! More

I met with my service advisor and he told me it would be 7 days before the vehicle could be looked at. The day after Thanksgiving I took it to the Ford dealer in Lampasas. I was there 30 minutes. He then said he mis-quoted the price of the truck. He raised the price from 42,500 to 55,000. From then on, it was lies and B.S. He talked about how honest, humble, and how he had over 3000 happy customers. Wonder how many unhappy customers never wrote a review or just did not do business with him?
