We had our 2019 Transit breakdown and had to take it to this dealership. Van was there for 8 weeks waiting to be repaired for an EGR valve. When I finally was able to pick it up in 30 minutes it broke down this dealership. Van was there for 8 weeks waiting to be repaired for an EGR valve. When I finally was able to pick it up in 30 minutes it broke down and I had to return to the dealership. They had forgotten to put the clamps back on and my antifreeze all leaked out. I am based 4 hours away and made it home to find my fuel is leaking everywhere. Had to take to Another dealership and they said that Killeen Ford forgot to put the fuel line clamp on. This is absolutely unbelievable. They should be banned from working on any vehicle. More

Too bad we don't have the option to give ZERO star to this awful place! They made us drive 60 miles after setting up an appointment for a test drive. As soon as we get there, the grumpy sales man informed us that he couldn't find the vehicle, then he started convincing us to look at other vehicles. Not to mention that he didn't offer me a seat and I had to pick a chair myself from another huddle. DO NOT waste your time or if you chose to do business with them, make sure to call in advance. Also, avoid Tim O. Zero professionalism, inconsiderate but mostly disrespectful. His lack of empathy is just shocking! More
