This dealer does not post window stickers in most of their cars, including the Dealer added options. Buyer beware. Then I followed up with them to make it right and they half way tried by offering some other stuff but could not deliver on all these. I waited to write my review for them until I saw how they were going to treat me after the sale. If you do go there, Ask to see all the Window stickers including the Dealer Added stuff. By law the dealers can charge whatever they want for these items and they charge way too much for them. For example: $499 to tint the FRONT windows (they tell you they tint all but if the car had factory rear tint, they do not). $199 for Nitrogen? $399 for Pin stripping that nobody wants these days. This is their trick and I've seen other dealers do it too. However, as consumers, we can ask that all that stuff be removed. Just tell them, I do not want that stuff and it's no deal unless you take it all off. I wish I would have checked the BBB website before going here. They do not have a good rating. Just in case... A word about Factory tint. Factory tint is not the same as window film tint. Window film tint is better as it filters out UV rays, factory does not filter out UV nor have any heat rejection like window tint film does. Took my vehicle in yesterday because the low tire pressure warning came on. The vehicle was taken in to be checked. The service advisor floated around and after quite a wait I asked about the status pressure warning came on. The vehicle was taken in to be checked. The service advisor floated around and after quite a wait I asked about the status of the vehicle. He came back saying that we need a new tire, they don't have one and it needs to be ordered. I said ok because I need my vehicle fixed. He said it would be here today. They supposedly had aired up the faulty tire so I could take the car home. That wasn't done and I had to go get that service advisor again. Someone was supposed to get the vehicle and air that tire up. Didn't happen. An employee walked by and asked if we needed help. We explained our situation and he took care of us immediately. In the meantime the service advisor showed up with some other guy. To make a long story short, that service advisor said he would call us today as soon as the tire was in. Knowing how that goes at Automax, I called around noon to find out that the tire wasn't ordered and there was a remark that we declined to order the tire. This is outrageous! That service advisor claimed he had a hectic day yesterday. That is what he told us yesterday. Well, I watched him the 2 hrs I was there. If that was hectic I must have the wrong definition of hectic. Most of the time they were just standing around talking to each other. So, since nobody in this place seems to care about the customer I will have to take my vehicle somewhere else. I will have to take it there for the warranty work because the other dealership is just too far, but for services I am responsible to pay for, I will not take my car there again. One thing I deeply despise is incompetence. The other is being lied to. He accomplished both yesterday. They have a tremendous "service advisor" turn over. Doesn't shed a good light on the business. I'm very upset I went to automax to get my heat fix and this is what happen to my vehicle. I have been there a couple of times for service and was disappointed. And one time I had to call the head GM Tim W this is what happen to my vehicle. I have been there a couple of times for service and was disappointed. And one time I had to call the head GM Tim Ward to try to help me get service on my vehicle. They dented my rocker panel due to the technician improperly lifting my vehicle. My car was in excellent condition and now in has very noticeable dents on my rocker panel. And they charge me $161 dollars More

Let me start out with saying I really enjoyed this job and I would love to still be apart of the company however I could not stand around any longer and work beside others who didn’t take accountability f and I would love to still be apart of the company however I could not stand around any longer and work beside others who didn’t take accountability for themselves, could not delegate and most importantly could not treat everyone as an equal. The service department itself has a great atmosphere and most genuinely care for their customers unfortunately my time as a rental agent was less than pleasant when it came to my coworkers i.e. the rental agents. I became a product of my environment and was brought into the office, as I should have been, however I felt as if I was treated unfairly because I was reflecting my mentor(s) she only after the fact admitted she does the same thing but “you just can’t do that and since I’m not your boss it’s not my responsibility to tell you otherwise” which is complete BS peer to peer coaching goes across many fields and jobs. I tried it was and was told that I was being “defensive”. That department will suffer if they continue to let said employees keep doing what they are doing. Half the time they’re MIA either getting coffee or sitting at a desk taking selfie’s or have salesmen from up top distracting them. They even talk on their phones with the speaker on on my last day there was an incident where the person on the other end of this personal call was letting the f word fly and the entire floor could hear it, we had kids in the building. I hope the owners see this review and take it something from it they deserve employees who actually want to work for them. More
