I tried to give this dealership the opportunity to make things right. We had a meeting on Friday 10/16/2020 to talk about all if my concerns but that meeting turning into a sales meeting. I sent the following text on 10/17/2020 and have not heard back from anyone. Good morning. Just wanted to say thank you all for taking the time to meet with my husband & I yesterday. I do appreciate the time & consideration that was given however there are 3 things I would like to address. 1. All that meeting turn into was an opportunity for Automax to sell a car. At no point did Jesse address my vehicle and what Automax is going to do for me. Just repairing my vehicle is not enough. 2. If we are going to “talk” numbers and see what deal can be made then the last thing that I want to hear is about y’all making money off the trade. I have traded 2 cars with y’all. I know you make money off of what is given for a trade and what the trade is in turn sold for. If Automax is serious about making this whole situation right that maybe Automax looses money on this deal, you will recoup it off of another deal. 3. Jesse was just as rude & defensive in person as on the phone. He did not know a xxxx thing about anything. He did not research anything before calling me or meeting with me. He has not seen the damage to my car. He has not looked at the video. He just talked but had nothing to say. He was rude when he excused himself to take a call. Unless the building was on fire he should have waited to answer the call/text. And what really showed the kind of person he is is when the meeting ended he walked right out without a sincere apology or hand shake. Everyone else showed that respect and we do appreciate that. Again, thank you for your time and I look forward to completely resolving this entire issue as quickly as possible. Have a great day. No more waiting on them. I an reporting them to Ford. More
My 2019 Ford Explorer was taken into the shop with NO damage what so ever. After they had my vehicle for more then a week (and this was the 3rd time in for the same problem). I went to pick it up. My car damage what so ever. After they had my vehicle for more then a week (and this was the 3rd time in for the same problem). I went to pick it up. My car was brought around from the back, I was told to enjoy the rest of my and as I went to get in my SUV I noticed damage on the front drivers side bumper that went around the front of my car. Someone damaged my car and NO ONE reported it. Luckily I found it before I left the lot. They once again put me into a loaner and acted as if it was no big deal. I requested that the owner (Bradley or AG Whitis) contact me. It has been 4 days & nothing. I was told today that the owners separate themselves from situations like this and don’t usually reach out to the customer. Now I understand AutoMax will call you & email you like crazy when they are trying to sell you a car but once the deal is done they are done with you. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL place!!! I will NEVER do business with this place again and I WILL share my experience with everyone and on as many sites as possible. More

Stay away from this place!!! I took my 97 Ford Econoline here and was quoted over $4,500 and never fix my AC, never replaced spark plugs, coolan fluid was low, Transmission oil leak and was never taken care here and was quoted over $4,500 and never fix my AC, never replaced spark plugs, coolan fluid was low, Transmission oil leak and was never taken care of. buit the part that made me real mad was the fact theat the AC was never fixed. took it back 3 more times and was parked in the back the entire day, completely ignored, never worked on the vehicle after being there all day all 3 times. The same AC technician was supposed to look at it but no work was done on 4 ocasions. Stay Away!! PS: And because of this, I won't even buy Ford anymore here in Killeen nor will use this or none of the Automax dealers here in Killeen. More

He introduced us to one of his salesmen, Tristen. Tristen was great. He spent as much time as we needed, driving us around the sales lot in the scorching heat to find 'the' vehicle. We are very excited about our Chevy Trax and I love driving it. However, we did not exercise due diligence because we missed a couple of things that we wished the car had (cruise control and CD player). But we had signed the purchase for 'as is'. So, Tristen Fletcher's help, his sales expertise, the care we received from Tim Ward and Travis Daniel, all at Automax/Killeen, outweighed our lack of due diligence and we are very pleased with our car. More

Said I was shooting for a 5% APR and would likely finance through a credit union. Michael Henderson asked me if he could match that would I finance through them. I said sure. DO NOT take your vehicle here to be serviced!!!! I took my 2018 EcoSport to this dealership primarily because I bought it from this dealership. And secondly I was visiting family and thank God everyone was my 2018 EcoSport to this dealership primarily because I bought it from this dealership. And secondly I was visiting family and thank God everyone was off because Kris D. my “advisor” did not offer me a loaner vehicle. And when I did ask he just flat out said they had none for me and did not even attempt to check. He was rude the entire time. When one of the other advisors took me to him since I would be working With him he had an attitude off first encounter. I blew it off because maybe he was having a bad day. My issues..1st issue as he was taking pics of my vehicle he asked me why did I bring the car all the way here to get it fixed and not the ford In Oklahoma. I explained to him I was only there for a class and the time frame they gave me for that part to be in I had to be back in time to sign in before the part would make it. & i was signing out for leave to come here which i figured was better since i bought it from this lot. Not that it was any of his business but I was trying to be nice. 2. He stated that he would call me that day with the details on the problem and if they had to order the part. (I knew they had the part because I called on my way and spoke with parts who said they had it on hand which was a canister purge valve)but never the less he DID NOT call me I didn’t hear from him again til Monday I took it Sat. 3.i literally called EVERYDAY to check on the status each time it was he don’t know. They haven’t told him. I finally said forget it and go up there to speak to him. When I’m person he has a different attitude then over the phone. He told me “i was just about to call you (it’s 4pm at this point), the part came in today it should be ready tomorrow” I finally get my car back on that Thursday they left the key in the car and the car running. I thought maybe they would explain what they did but nothing so I just got in the car and left. Once I left I notice my left blinker was out I figure it was just that time to change it so I went to buy the bulb and notice the trim is sticking out. I go to change the bulb and realize it’s not the bulb but it’s the plug to the bulb that’s messed up. I basically just pulled & straightened the metal piece and plugged it back and it worked. The guy came from autozone seen me struggle and came out with some tools to help and I told him I didn’t need the tools he explained to me it was suppose to be a screw or something there to keep it in place. Which explained why the trim didn’t stay in place because the fog light and blinker itself wasn’t stable. Needless to say I ended up losing the trim somewhere and I called automax to speak with the manager. He was “busy” and had Kris call me back, instead I called twice and each time Kris called me back. He was so rude the entire conversation to the point I just got frustrated and hung up in his face. This is a never again experience and after reading these other reviews. Kris has a history of being rude and not keeping ppl up to date with the status of their vehicle. I initially thought it was because I was a female but I highly doubt that he just all across the table rude More
Several attempts at the same problem. I took my 2016 Ford F150 in for a service on Saturday 1 August called the works and addition to that they look a couple of recall issue as well. I spent approximately 5 hours at the dealership, and my chagrin I realized to the trucks door locking mechanisms weren't working properly. On Monday 3 August, I called my service advisor and he told me to bring the truck back in. the Technician looked at it and said all the locks were working properly, however I asked them to look at them again. After a short while after taking my vehicle home the same issue was there, I will have to take my vehicle in a third time for the same issue. This is extremely frustrating because I have to be away from work to resolve this problem More
